Pricing: All prices quoted by our company are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to revise the pricing of our products and services based on market conditions, availability, and other factors.

Payment: All Bids are valid for 7- days. All Material pricing is subject to change at any time. All Material sales are final - No returns will be accepted. 100% of the materials plus 50% of the labor due upon acceptance. Remaining balance due upon completion of project. Any changes made to job description above are subject to additional costs

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the total project fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or supplier delays.

Installation: Our team will perform the installation with the utmost care and professionalism. However, please note that we cannot be held liable for any damages to your property that may occur during the installation process.

Work Order Changes: Any changes to the work order must be approved by the client and may result in a delay to the project timeline. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee that they can be implemented without affecting the project schedule or budget.

Warranty: We offer a limited warranty on our products and services. The warranty period and terms may vary depending on the product or service. Please refer to the warranty information provided at the time of purchase or installation for more details.

Refunds and Returns: We do not offer refunds or returns on installed flooring products unless there is a defect in the product or workmanship. Please inspect your flooring carefully before installation to ensure that it meets your expectations.

Liability: We cannot be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may result from the use of our products or services. By purchasing or using our products or services, you agree to assume all risks and responsibilities.

Disputes: Any disputes or disagreements will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state in which the work was performed. Any legal action must be taken within one year of the date of the work.
